Produced with Filippo and Lorenzo at Azienda Agricola "I Catastini" - La Romola Via Treggiaia 112, San Casciano Val di Pesa (Firenze, Tuscany). Like our classic UNTO EVOO, this superior category olive oil is obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means. It was harvested in November 2022, best before June 2024. We only produced 1000 of these cans, so get yours while stocks last.
